What if I cancel within the first 6 months?

When you order Pro and accept the terms of use, you accept that Lunar can charge a fee of DKK 450 if you cancel your Pro subscription before the 6th month of payment.

Can I connect my NemKonto to my new Pro accounts?

Yes, you can easily connect your NemKonto directly through the app or at www.nemkonto.dk.

How do I order Pro if I have Premium?

You can upgrade to Pro in the app. If you upgrade, your Premium accounts will be transferred to your Pro subscription. If you have additional accounts on subscription, they will also be transferred. However, a maximum of five accounts will be transferred. If you have more accounts, they will continue on subscription.

If I cancel Pro, what will happen to my cards?

You will no longer be able to use you metal card. If you have two extra Premium cards, you can’t use them either. We recommend that you order a new Standard card in the app in your notice period.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription?

Yes. The right of withdrawal is 14 days and must be notified in writing. It’s not possible to get a refund of the 119 DKK, as the subscription has already been initiated. You can only cancel if you haven’t used our services - for example, if you haven’t created additional accounts, withdrawn money from an ATM or ordered a card.

Do I have any notice period?

When you cancel your Pro subscription, the notice period is the current month plus one month after which the subscription and all associated services and terms terminate. Ordering new Pro cards and replacement cards are not possible when there are less than 14 days until your Pro subscription expires.

After the termination of the Pro subscription, the price list for Lunar Standard or Lunar Premium will apply to you, depending on what you choose when terminating the Pro subscription.

How many accounts are included in Pro?

You can create five extra accounts in addition to your primary account. This means a total of six account for Pro.

Can I get extra cards for an account as a Pro user?

Yes, besides your metal card, you can get two Premium cards. Besides the three physical cards, you can get three virtual cards.

How many replacement cards are included in Pro?

There are five replacement cards included annually. If you need more than that, a replacement card will cost DKK 99 per card. You can easily order replacement cards through the Lunar app. Replacement for your metal card costs 450 kr. because of the metal card’s high production cost.

If I cancel Pro, what will happen to my accounts?

All your accounts will remain active but only your primary account is free. The other accounts cost 9 DKK per month. We will move all of your money to your primary account in your app.

When can I use the Pro features?

As soon as you complete your Pro subscription purchase and sign the digital documents, your app will automatically be updated with your Pro features.

How many cards are included in Pro?

There are three physical cards included: Your metal card and two Premium cards. Besides that you can get three virtual cards.
