What is 3D Secure?

Some companies and brands require the card to be added to 3D Secure, as a safety installment, before you can use it for online shopping. It can take up to 24 hours before your card is added to 3D Secure. This is something that happens automatically, so just lean back and relax.

When will my card arrive?

Your card needs to be produced, but it will most likely be sent your way the day after ordering it.

The estimated time of delivery is right now between 3-5 bank days.

If you don't receive your card at the estimated time of delivery. Don't hesitate to contact our support team, they will provide the help needed. 

How many virtual cards can I get?

You can have one virtual card for each of your accounts.

If you are a Pro- or Premium user, you can get up to three virtual cards.

When can I use my virtual cards, after my application has been approved?

It can take from 0-24 hours before you can use your virtual card.

You can use it right away on sites where 3D Secure is not required. On sites where it is required, it can take up to 24 hours before you can use it though.

How do I activate my card?

Your card is active upon arrival.

You just have to use it with the chip and PIN the first time you use it. Have fun.

How do I add my Lunar card to MobilePay?

You have to add your card in the MobilePay app.

MobilePay will make a reservation of 1DKK on your account, so in order to add your add to MobilePay you have to have a minimum of 1 DKK on your account.

Can I use my card in the rest of the world?

You can use your card in all countries where they take Visa.

What is a virtual card?

A virtual card increases the safety of online purchasing. The CVV code changes every hour, and thus will new transactions that require CVV get rejected. The virtual cards only exist in the digitally in the app.

I have forgotten my PIN code, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your code, you can call customer service and order a new PIN at 70 60 54 54. We are available every day 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.

Can my card be used for contactless payments?

Yes, it can. Our cards have an NFC chip, which secures contactless payments if the store has the same system installed.

Is there a limit on my card?

You can only withdraw the amount you actually have on your account, meaning it will not be possible to get an overdraft.

My card doesn't work, what should I do?

This usually occurs when your card has been close to a magnet. If this is the case, we'll send you a new one. You can call our main number through the app or call: +45 70 60 54 54. We are available every day 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.

Can I get a virtual card for my wallet?

No, the card only exists digitally in your app. Therefore, virtual cards are smart as you can never lose them.

Is it possible for a company to withdraw money from my Virtual Card more than once?

Yes. If you add your Virtual Card to MobilePay, Netflix or other services, they will be able to complete multiple withdrawals from your card without the latest CVV code. Webshops can also save your information so they don't need a new CVV code either.

You can either reset your virtual card and restore a new - or remove the card information from the specific company through their services, to ensure they can't withdraw money from your card.
