I have forgotten my PIN code, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your code, you can call customer service and order a new PIN at 70 60 54 54. We are available every day 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.

Can my card be used for contactless payments?

Yes, it can. Our cards have an NFC chip, which secures contactless payments if the store has the same system installed.

Is there a limit on my card?

You can only withdraw the amount you actually have on your account, meaning it will not be possible to get an overdraft.

More money than I bought for is being reserved. Why is that?

Example: When you buy fuel at a gas station and you use the card before refuelling, a certain amount will be reserved on the card. This will be offset against the actual purchase within a few days. If you pay by card after refuelling, only the amount that you spent will be deducted.

My card doesn't work, what should I do?

This usually occurs when your card has been close to a magnet. If this is the case, we'll send you a new one. You can call our main number through the app or call: +45 70 60 54 54. We are available every day 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.

What is a virtual card?

A virtual card increases the security of online shopping. The card's CVV code changes every hour. In this way, new transactions that require a CVV code will be rejected. A virtual card exists only digitally. You can easily delete and restore new cards anytime and anywhere, through the app, without affecting your physical card.

What is 3D Secure?

As an added security, some companies and brands require the card to be 3D-secured before you can use it. It may take up to 24 hours for your virtual card to be registered as 3D-secured. This happens automatically, so just lean back.

Can I get a virtual card for my wallet?

No, the card only exists digitally in your app. Therefore, virtual cards are smart as you can never lose them.

How many virtual cards can I get?

You can have one virtual card for each of your accounts.

When can I use my virtual card?

It may take from 0-24 hours before you can use your virtual card.

You can use your card right away where 3D Secure is not required. It may take up to 24 hours before the card can be used at sites with 3D Secure.

Is it possible for a company to withdraw money from my Virtual Card more than once?

Yes. If you add your Virtual Card to MobilePay, Netflix or other services, they will be able to complete multiple withdrawals from your card without the latest CVV code. Webshops can also save your information so they don't need a new CVV code either.

You can either reset your virtual card and restore a new - or remove the card information from the specific company through their services, to ensure they can't withdraw money from your card.
