What are my options in terms of getting in contact with Lunar?

How can I change my information?

Under “Settings”, you can change the information you’ve provided yourself. If you change address, we’re automatically notified. 

You can view your company’s information in the CVR-register at “Virk”. You can update the information by logging in and choosing “Ret oplysninger”.

If you’ve made changes, but the information hasn’t been updated at “Virk”, it might be due to an error in their systems. In that case, they’ll correct the error within a few days, if you send the following information to the Danish Business Authority’s help center:

  • The CVR-number of the company
  • Your contact information
  • A description of the error you’re experiencing  

Keep in mind, that if you change the information so it no longer lives up to the Lunar Business Terms of Use, we might have to close your account. You can read our terms of use here.
